What if I don’t want to go through your website but would rather speak to someone or even text?

You sure can! It’s the best gift ever! It’s so personal and considerate. Contact us directly and we will arrange everything.
Can I use my smartphone to take a photo of my pet?
Absolutely! We have had customers take a photo off a photo! Remember this is your fur baby and even a low quality photo, whilst the digital print won’t be as crisp, is still going to be amazing and will bring you so much joy and happiness.
What happens if the photo I want to use has something in the background that I’m not happy with or I want a close up of the shot?
When you upload the photo of your pet, you can crop it and you can rotate it to be exactly as you’d like it printed. If there is something with your choice of photo that you are unsure of and would like to see what it would like with some changes, please use the ‘contact us’ function and send us an email! We are here to make your Keepsake as perfect as can be.
Will I see a photo of what the finished product will look like?
We will show you a preview of your chosen Keepsake in your shopping cart but we can’t show you the finished product as that still needs to be created.
What happens after I pay for my Keepsake?
After your order is submitted you will receive an email from us confirming payment of your Keepsake. As this is a bespoke item, please allow up to 4 weeks for your Keepsake to be despatched. We will keep you posted every step of the way for we know how excited you will be to receive this precious Keepsake.
What if I want to purchase the Keepsake as a gift?
Awesome idea! You have the option to include a separate shipping address and there is a section at checkout to leave any special notes. If you want to include some words with your Keepsake, we are more than happy to arrange this for you. We will ensure that your gift will arrive to your loved one with your chosen words of how special they are to you.
Can I create a Keepsake that doesn’t include a pet?
Absolutely! Love is Love and we will print whatever your love may be!
Can I get a return my Keepsake for a refund or exchange?
Because this is a bespoke item made especially for you, we cannot offer refunds or returns, but rest assured, we understand the joy and love that this Keepsake will bring to you or your loved one and will treat this purchase with all the love and care it deserves.
