Last week I ordered a precious KEEPSAKE pet photo cushion for my Sister and her family after the loss of their dog. (An uploaded image of their dog on one side, LILAC GREY SHAG from The Stylish Fabric Collection on the other.) A beautiful KEEPSAKE to hug and remember their loved one.
I cannot recommend KEEPSAKES of LOVE highly enough. It is hard to find this level of quality, passion and customer service online. I will be sharing with my dog networks and FB pages. Excellent quality and materials!! Communication exceeded my expectations. The order was completed and posted within a week (even emailing me a photo of the finished product). A request to include a message with the order was easily accommodated. Quality, Australian crafted products that bring joy to others. Best wishes for continued success Gaylene.
(I spent hours trying to upload images on two websites that offered customised pet photo cushions using my iPhone. (There was no reference to where the Company or products were from on these websites, but the price was cheap). I felt that there had to be a Melbourne-based small company that catered for KEEPSAKES to memorialise the loss of a pet. I found Gaylene at KEEPSAKES of LOVE!)

Keepsakes of love by Gaylene is the best of the best and the only place I go to to look in getting a gift for a friend or for myself. She does exceptional work with the photos on the cushions, plus you can actually buy the insert while on the website as well, which is very handy.
I have purchased two cushions from Gaylene over the past years so I can keep looking at my rescue dogs. I was also gifted a cushion with my family's first dog, and they all turned out perfect.

My granddaughter Londyn lost her best friend Vinnie recently and she was absolutely devastated..I wanted to get her something and so glad I found Keepsakes of love..Gaylene was amazing, she sent me different backgrounds that I could choose from, nothing was too much trouble for her so thank you Gaylene, you made this little girl very happy, and one older Ganma as well ❤️

Had the best experience with Gaylene, so responsive and helpful with ideas for the prefect cushion. Purchased as a gift for my partner who was suffering the loss of our beloved Tobie, the cushion arrived just before Christmas as promised.
