DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Delivery within Australia is arranged through Australia Post.

Delivery is from $10.20 (without an insert) to $11.70 (with an insert) as per the Australia Post website, anywhere within Australia.  For orders that contain more than 1 Keepsake, we will absorb the cost.

Please ensure you provide a contact number and the correct delivery address. If your details are incorrect we cannot be responsible for the loss of any packages.

AROUND THE WORLD

For international orders, delivery charges are $25 per order.  International shipments may incur customs fees.

For each country the customs policy is different and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value and size.

We do not take responsibility for any customs duties/tariffs that may be payable.  These will be at the expense of the receiver.

DELIVERY TIME

As this is a bespoke item please allow up to 2 weeks for your custom Keepsake to be despatched.  If the item is urgent, please reach out for I can possibly turn it around in 1-2 days.
